Fabrics

Sunbrella fabrics are easier to clean than polyester, cotton or even vinyl materials and they come with a warranty against fading for 3-5 years. Sunbrella is the ultimate fade and stain resistant fabric for your indoor and outdoor furniture cushions. For this reason, all of our items are made exclusively with Sunbrella brand furniture fabric. When purchasing cushions for outdoor use, settle for nothing less than products manufactured using Sunbrella solution-dyed acrylic fabrics.
Filling
Cushion Guys uses only vertically layered, heat-bonded polyester fiber filling. Unlike resin bonded fiber fillings which disintegrate, our fiber filling is vertically layered to avoid the retention of water and the fibers are bonded using only applied heat. There are no low-melt/resin additives in our fibers which cause the cushions to become dusty after time. Bench cushions are filled with a polyeurethane foam core wrapped with polyester fiber filling.
NOTE: Shoppers should avoid resin bonded filling due to it's tendency to be flammable.
